Emilie Smolders

I have always loved creating art, and began drawing and telling people I was going to grow up to be an artist in elementary school.

Besides taking all the art classes I could until I earned a BA in Studio Art from St. Olaf College, I also devote a lot of time to playing hockey. With my dual nationality in Belgium, I was able to immigrate to Switzerland to play with the team EHC Zunzgen-Sissach.

Now in Basel, I hope my new biggest hobby (searching for a job) will lead to some amazing experiences somewhere in the art world!
